End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement applies to use of the Billing Client app and related backend service.

Licence

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application for managing billing, customer, estimate, invoice, and related business workflows.

Restrictions

You must not misuse the application, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the backend service, or use the application in a way that breaches applicable law or third-party platform terms, including Intuit's terms.

Ownership

The application, service, and related materials remain owned by their respective owners. No rights are granted except those expressly described here.

Availability and liability

The application is provided on an as-is basis. We aim to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every defect will be corrected immediately.

Termination

Access may be suspended or ended if the application is misused, if required by law, or if the QuickBooks integration is disconnected.
