This Privacy Policy explains how Billing Client app processes information when used with QuickBooks Online.

Information processed

The app may process QuickBooks Online customer, item, estimate, invoice, company, and webhook event data needed for billing and related business workflows.

How information is used

Information is used to display and manage customers, products and services, estimates, invoices, connection status, and related billing operations requested by authorised users.

QuickBooks and Intuit

The service connects to QuickBooks Online using Intuit APIs. OAuth tokens are stored by the backend and encrypted at rest. The app does not store Intuit client secrets.

Sharing

Information is shared with Intuit/QuickBooks Online as needed to provide the integration. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Business records are primarily stored in QuickBooks Online. Connection records and encrypted tokens are retained while the integration is active and may be removed or disabled when the integration is disconnected.

Security

The backend uses authenticated API requests, encrypted token storage, and access controls intended to protect QuickBooks data from unauthorised access.
